Not sure about the 3:50 or 4:00 pace?

You might think about hanging your hat more on distance training than pace training.

10 minutes is too much of a difference: 22 seconds a mile. Think in terms of 3 to 5 seconds.

Also try to reduce your overall body weight. Think about losing 3 to 4 pounds less.
